PURPOSE: An RF relay and an RF signal processing method are provided to linearize a power amplifier and to increase power consumption efficiency of a wireless power amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A signal converting unit(20) converts a received digital modulated wave into a baseband signal. The signal converting unit reproduces digital data. A modulator(30) modulates the reproduced digital data. The modulator generates a transmission signal. A power amplifying unit(40) amplifiers the transmission signal.
