PURPOSE: A bottle cap for preventing the production of counterfeit products is provided to prevent a dealer of counterfeit western liquor from producing the counterfeit products. CONSTITUTION: A bottle cap for preventing the production of counterfeit products comprises the following: an outer cap(10) including a through-hole for discharging contents, a coupling unit including screw threads, and a storage unit without the screw threads; a combining unit including the screw threads corresponding to the screw threads on the coupling unit; an inner cap(20) including a joint, a fixing unit, and a holder; the fixing unit contacting an inlet of a bottle; the holder connecting the joint and the fixing unit; an outlet for discharging the contents from the bottle; a coupling prevention member(30) located inside the storage unit of the outer cap; an outlet cap(40) inserted into the outlet; and a coupling ring(50) located on the lower side of the lower cap, and screwed to the coupling unit of the outer cap.
