A method for determination of strength of adhesion of cells to a substrate provides for fluid supply on a rotating disk, on the surface of which the cells are applied, definition of shear stress, which is necessary to remove the cells from the disk surface, and calculation of the force of adhesion of the cells. Fluid supply on the disk is performed in dosed manner in the form of a jet. |
