PURPOSE: A lamp apparatus having a de-icing function and a system for de-icing the lamp apparatus are provided to reduce additional power loss and eliminate an unnecessary operation by controlling de-icing with a sensor applied to only one lamp. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light emitting diodes(11) is arranged in a printed circuit board(10). A base(20) fixes the printed circuit board. A heat sink emits heat energy generated in the light emitting diode. A heat pipe(40) transfers the heat energy generated in the light emitting diode to the heat sink. A protective cover(13) protects the light emitting diode from an external environment.
