An algebraic encoding scheme by manual spotting with ink on its encode paper features that its encode paper has an array of checkers, each having 4 crossed lines in it to divide it into 9 sub-checkers, and said sub-checkers can be inked manually other than digital encoding. With said scheme, the digital encode for different character systems can be performed and its encoded patterns can be read to computer by automatic reader. |
