PURPOSE: A leak detecting apparatus for checking the directions of leak noise and leak points is provided to increase precision and to obtain accurate results in a short time by removing unnecessary frequencies except for frequencies for grasping leak points through a filter unit in advance. CONSTITUTION: A leak detecting apparatus for checking the directions of leak noise and leak points comprises a sensor unit(10), a frequency conversion unit, and a processing unit(30). The sensor unit detects sound from objects. The frequency conversion unit converts the detected sound to frequencies. The processing unit analyzes converted frequencies to grasp points where the sound is occurred, and comprises a monitor(31) for displaying image information about the grasped points. The sensor unit comprises multiple sensors. |
