<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit electronic mail in a format adapted to an actual browsing environment of each combination of a user and a genre even when the browsing environment varies. <P>SOLUTION: A mail processor is configured to determine the browsing environment of an access source to a URL in electronic mail transmitted from a mail server by statistical analysis or the like for every combination of a user and a genre corresponding to a URL, and to switch the format of electronic mail to be transmitted afterwards in accordance with the result. Thus, it is possible to switch the mail format so that it can be dynamically adapted to the browsing environment which is properly used by a user according to the genre without depending on a domain name of a mail address. Therefore, it is possible to transmit the electronic mail in a format adapted to the actual browsing environment of each user even when the browsing environment varies just like inconsistency between the browsing environment and the domain name. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
