PURPOSE: A multiplayer game system is provided to control an individual life index of a non-playing character, thereby controlling a benefit or a penalty with a specific job group of game characters. CONSTITUTION: A play ground providing unit(110) provides a play ground which a plurality of connectors is able to participate. A non playing character generating unit(120) generates a non playing character corresponding to the game ground. A game controlling unit(130) controls at least one of non playing character generating units and the game ground providing unit according to distribution of job or sex or race of game characters of connectors.
