The method involves utilizing plastics or mixture of plastics and adhesives for manufacturing parts such as upper axles and safety carriers of a steering axle arrangement (5) by an injection molding process. The parts are applied with layers with different performance characteristics using a spraying process based on location of the parts in a region or a zone. Adjustment devices are utilized for depth adjustment and alignment of the upper axles and the safety carriers for connecting a steering column to a passenger compartment of a vehicle.
