FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of animal husbandry and is designed for mechanisation of animal husbandry and processing of manure. Technology system for animal husbandry includes the plants (1) for maintenance of animals, manure channels (8, 10), a tank (2) to collect manure, a gas-holder (12) and a pumping station (11). The plants (1) are mounted on a concrete floor between the manure channels (8, 10). Manure channels (8) have an inclination towards the pumping station. The tank (2) to collect manure is "L-shaped" and is made of high strength fabric. The tank (2) is covered with heat-insulating materials and is mounted on a floor of the plants (1). The tank (2) is also a collector for manure storage and reactor for producing biogas and fertiliser. The tank (2) is connected with flexible hoses (13, 14) to the pumping station (11) and the gas-holder (12) and has purge valves (15, 16), electrical heating elements and valves (7). Purge valves (15, 16) carry out the start of anaerobic process. Valves (7) are designed to unload the finished product. Hydrant is installed above the tank and is designed to flush manure from the surface of the tank. Animals in the plank mix and additionally heat the slurry. ^ EFFECT: improved ecological condition of livestock farms and acceleration of processing of liquid manure into biogas and fertiliser. ^ 1 dwg |
