<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to use a device at a desired time without being kept waiting for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: A control device includes: a setting means for setting a first time at which a device is put into operation mode; and a control means for putting the device in operation mode into non-operation mode through at least one of a first mode or a second mode for stating the device in a shorter time than the first mode.
