<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging member for electrophotographic device, which suppresses the occurrence of a C set image when the charging member and an electrophotographic photoreceptor are left in contact with each other for a long period; a process cartridge; and an electrophotographic device. <P>SOLUTION: A charging member includes an electric conductive shaft core body 1 and an elastic layer 2 formed on its circumferential surface, in which the elastic layer 2 includes a plurality of opening pores 48 that has an opening portion 49 facing the circumferential surface of the shaft core body 1 and is composed of an inner wall 46 including a thermoplastic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
