<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leak test device that prevents a specific portion of seal rubber from being deteriorated early. <P>SOLUTION: The seal rubber 4 for sealing a portion between a workpiece W and a masking member 2 has protrusions 5, 5 formed to protrude toward both sides of a groove part 3 formed in the masking member 2. The protrusions 5, 5 are asymmetric with respect to a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the seal rubber 4. When the seal rubber 4 is compressed from above, the stretch amount of the rubber around each of the protrusions 5 can be controlled. Even if a fluid pressure acting on the seal rubber 4 is different by portion, stress from the fluid pressure acting on the seal rubber 4 can be made substantially constant, thereby preventing early deterioration of the specific portion of the seal rubber 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
