<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin fishline which is high in tensile strength and knot strength, has a fewer fish-eye defects, has excellent flexural abrasion characteristics, thus is more excellent in durability. <P>SOLUTION: A monofilament is provided by melt-spinning a resin composition in which 0.001-10 pts.wt. diorganopolysiloxane compound is combined with 100 pts.wt. polyvinylidene fluoride resin. The tensile strength is 600-760 MPa, the knot strength is 475-550 MPa, the number of fish-eye defects extending parallel to the fiber axis is 6 or less per 20 mm of length, and the reciprocation of a friction element until the monofilament is broken is 5,000 times or more in a flexural abrasion test measured according to the regulation of JIS L-1095-7.10.2B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
