PURPOSE: A makeup cosmetic composition with elasticity containing silicone elastomers is provided to ensure smooth and elastic texture. CONSTITUTION: A makeup cosmetic composition contains 2-10 wt% of powder type silicone elastomers, 40-50 wt% of powder extender pigment, 7-12 wt% of hydrocarbon gel, 7-13.5 wt% of anhydrous silicone oil, and 20-24.5 wt% of organic dispersion oil. The powder type silicone elastomer contains silicon elastomer which is surface-treated with 1.0-5.0 wt% of silica, lauroyl lysine, alumina or titanium dioxide. The pigment contains talc, mica, silica, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, boronitride, peal pigment, and colorant.
