<p>A method for citizen identity verification for use on the conditions of informed consent of both parties and that only limited identity information is disclosed. During verification, both parties send the mobile phone number of the respective opposite party to a public security department server by text message by means of numbers designated by mobile carriers. When the mobile phone numbers of both parties have passed real name authentication by the public security department, the identity information of each party is sent by multimedia message to the mobile phone of the opposite party. The method can also be utilized to query marriage status, diplomas and the like between two parties. On the basis of the present method, real-name-related services can be managed over a network, and tickets can be printed without display of any identity information on the ticket. Because the method carries out real name authentication of mobile phone owners, mobile phone networks can be hierarchically managed accordingly.</p> |
