PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize image quality by suppressing occurrence of a striped defective even in recording of an image by using an active energy beam curable type ink without enlarging a recorder. SOLUTION: This inkjet recorder 1 comprises a plurality of recording heads 7-10 each having a plurality of ejection nozzles and being adapted to eject the active energy beam curable type inks from the ejection nozzles to a recording medium, radiating sections 11, 12 for radiating an active energy beam to the recording medium having the ink deposited thereon from the recording heads, and a control section 20 for controlling the radiating sections and the recording heads. The control section controls the plurality of recording heads such that a recording method is changed in response to the distance between the recording head and the radiating section.
