PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for collecting fine particles from a concrete sample are provided to prevent the generation of dust, the collected fine particles from becoming deformed. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(10) for collecting fine particles from a concrete sample according to the depth comprises a support(20), a fixing part(30), a dry cutting part(40), and a first axis driving unit(50). The fixing part is installed on the support. The fixing part fixes the concrete sample to be in parallel with the support. The dry cutting part cuts the concrete sample, and generates the fine particles. The first axis driving unit is connected to the support. The first axis driving unit moves the fixing part in parallel with a first axis.
