PURPOSE: A screen lifting type dust removing machine is provided to easily clean and manage a screen by vertically lifting up the screen using a lifting unit. CONSTITUTION: A screen lifting type dust removing machine(100) comprises a pair of frames(110), a caterpillar, rakes(130), a screen(140), and an apron(150). The frames are installed in the edge of a water way or river to be vertically inclined. The caterpillar is supported to the gap between the frames. The rakes are formed on the caterpillar and are circulated along the caterpillar. The screen is located between the frames. Multiple rollers are formed on both surfaces of the screen to vertically lift up the screen using a lifting unit. The apron is formed on the top end of the screen.
