<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hair growth promoting agent is provided to promote blood circulation and metabolism, to prevent alopecia, and to promote hair growth. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hair growth promoting agent comprises: a step of preparing medicine ingredients including Rumex japonicus HOUTT, Pleuropterus multiflorus, safflower, Cnidium officinale, Mentha Arvensis var. Piperascens, ASICASARUM sieboldi F. Maekawa, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischer(110); a step of putting the medicine ingredients and purified water and heating at 2kgf/cm^2 and 80-90°C(120); a step of placing the mixture by zero pressure and temperature; a step of heating the mixture at 80-90 Deg. C. for 1-2 hours; a step of maturing at 7-8 Deg. C. for 12 hours; a step of heating at 80-90 Deg. C. and 2kgf/cm^2 for 2-3 hours; a step of filtering and extracting the mixture; a step of stirring the extract well and evaporating(130); and a step of adding refined horse milk and re-heating at 70-80 Deg. C. for 0.5-1 hours(140,150).</p> |
