PURPOSE: A prefabricated rainwater storage tank and a construction method thereof are provided to endure a bending load transferred to a lower slab using a minimum amount of reinforcing bars. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated rainwater storage tank comprises multiple external walls(100), lower plates, upper plates(300), upper girders(400), lower girders(500), and columns(600). The external walls are coupled to each other. The lower plates are arranged between the lower girders and the bottom flanges of the external walls. The upper plates are arranged between the upper girders and the top flanges of the external walls. The upper girders connect the top flanges of the external walls, and the lower girders connect the bottom flanges thereof. The columns are coupled between the upper and lower girders. |
