<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of noise caused by vibration generated in a driving source for vertical flaps while preventing dew condensation in the vicinity of end vertical flaps by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: A first coupling member 43 mutually couples central vertical flaps 41b, 41c, ..., 41d, 41e, and moves to turn the central vertical flaps 41b, 41c, ..., 41d, 41e. Second coupling members 44, 45 respectively couple the end vertical flaps 41a, 41f with the central vertical flaps 41b, 41e respectively adjacent to the end vertical flaps 41a, 41f. The second coupling members 44, 45 are switched to an extended state or a non-extension state according to the movement of the first coupling member 43, wherein when the second coupling member 44 is switched to the extended state, the second coupling member 45 is switched to the non-extension state and vice versa. When the second coupling member 44 takes the non-extension state, an inclination angle θ1 of the end vertical flap 41a is smaller than an inclination angle θ2 of the central vertical flaps 41b, 41c, ..., 41d, 41e.
