Embodiment of the invention determines the first coding parameters according to the preset threshold value of the video quality evaluation parameter and said video data, thus the quality of experience (QoE) of the user is ensured; furthermore, by coding said video data with the selected first coding parameters to obtain the first coding video data, the data volume of the video data is reduced, and the wireless network congestion caused by large amounts of video data is avoided.
