A mobile station (100) comprises a transmission section (110) arranged to transmit uplink shared signals at a first time interval based on a first downlink control signal received, and a retransmission section (110) arranged to retransmit uplink shared signals at a second time interval based on a second downlink control signal received at a third time interval assigned fixedly, wherein the transmission section (110) is arranged to transmit uplink shared signals at the first time interval and the retransmission section (110) is arranged not to retransmit uplink shared signals at the second time interval when the third time interval overlaps atime interval for measurement in the mobile station (100).
