STEREOSCOPIC RADIOLOGICAL IMAGE GENERATING DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously materialize both reduction of an exposure amount of a patient and maintenance of quality of stereoscopic display when generating radiological images for both right and left eyes for performing stereoscopic view using binocular disparity.

SOLUTION: The radiological image generating device for the stereoscopic view includes: a radiation source 17 capable of irradiating radiation from two imaging directions different from each other; a radiation detector 15 detecting the irradiated radiation; a detector controller 33 reading a radiological image signals output from the radiation detector 15 and generating the radiological image; a radiation source controller 32 controlling the radiation source 17 such that the amount of the radiation irradiated from the radiation source 17 during imaging in one imaging direction of the two imaging directions becomes lower than the amount of the radiation irradiated from the radiation source 17 during imaging in the other photographing direction; and an image processing unit 8c performing image processing to suppress graininess to the radiological image taken with the lower amount of the radiation.
