<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate containing an acrylic resin excellent in transparency and elastic organic fine particles. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate comprises a retardation film (D layer) and another layer (E layer) on at least one surface of the retardation film. The retardation film (D layer) contains elastic organic fine particles (G) and an acrylic resin (A). The laminate is obtained by laminating the another layer (E layer) on the retardation film (D layer) having a maximum height Rz(D), with a maximum height Rz(E) of the E layer on an opposite face to the D layer satisfying Rz(D)>Rz(E). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
