PURPOSE: A payment method using an identifier, a system thereof, and a mobile terminal for the same are provided to perform authentication to the identifier by conveniently making a payment request through the identifier including purchase information existing in online/offline media. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal recognizes an identifier(S410). The mobile terminal extracts identifier authentication information and input data including purchase information by analyzing the recognized identifier(S420). The mobile terminal transmits payment request information including the input data, the identifier authentication information, and payment method information to a payment mediation server(S430). The payment mediation server performs authentication for the identifier based on the identifier authentication information(S440). The payment mediation server requests payment approval to a card company server(S450).
