摘要 PURPOSE: A field robot comprising a caterpillar driven according to the height of ground is provided to change the position of the caterpillar for the smooth moving of the robot on uneven ground. CONSTITUTION: A field robot comprising a caterpillar driven according to the height of ground comprises first and second caterpillar units(10), first and second tension control devices(30), a center shaft(50), first and second height regulating units(60). The first and second tension control devices are installed in the first and second caterpillar units in longitudinal direction for the smooth driving of the first and second caterpillar units while forming elliptical shape. The center shaft is installed to penetrate the first and second caterpillar units. The first and second height regulating units are installed between the first and second caterpillar units. The first and second height regulating units make the first and second caterpillar to be rotated based on the center shaft.
