PURPOSE: A thrust bearing cooling device of high speed air bearing is provided to protect spins from heat generated in high speed rotation and to prevent the loss of air bearing effect by giving cooing effect to a thrust bearing unit. CONSTITUTION: A cooling jacket(1) is installed in the inner side of the housing cover(2) of the cylindrical shape. A radial bearing(3) is installed inside the cooling jacket. A rotation shaft(5) is inserted inside the radial bearing. A front cover(7) includes a penetration part. The front cover is installed in the front side of the housing cover. The front cover includes a penetration part formed in the center of the front cover. A thrust bearing(4) is installed in the rear side of the front cover. A spacer(6) is installed in the rear side of the thrust bearing. The spacer includes a conduit. |
