PURPOSE: A vehicle glass and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate quality management and improve the lifting performance of a door glass by attaching an ultrahigh molecular polyethylene film having high durability and high heat resistance as a friction reduction film on the contact portion of a door glass and a glass run. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle glass run comprises a body portion(22), a rib portion(23), and a friction reduction film(24). The body portion is installed in a door channel(10). The rib portion is adhered to a door glass(15) by being projected to the door glass. The friction reduction film is attached on one sides of the body portion of a rib portion worn by being contacted with the door glass to reduce the wear.
