<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility of information displayed in a display part during scrolling. <P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone terminal (electronic apparatus) 1 includes: the display part 2B on which the information is displayed; a touch sensor (operation part) 2A; and a main control part 10 which determines a speed of scrolling of the information displayed in the display part 2B in accordance with a speed of predetermined operation to the touch sensor 2A and changes the size of the scrolled information displayed in the display part 2B in accordance with the speed of scrolling.
