PURPOSE: A non-excavation type variable greenhouse structure and a construction method thereof are provided to economically open and close the roof of the structure. CONSTITUTION: A non-excavation type variable greenhouse structure comprises the following: a lower frame(140) supporting an upper wall panel, installed on the ground to the horizontal direction; pillar frames combined to the upper side of the lower frame; an upper frame(211) connecting the upper sides of the neighboring pillar frames; an outer pipe(130) with the lower side combined to the upper side of the lower frame; an inner pipe(132) installed inside the outer pipe with the upper side combined to the lower side of the upper frame; a motor case(110) connecting the lower frame to the pillar frames; a pillar motor installed inside the motor case; a screw connected to a rotary shaft of the pillar motor to be rotated; a base frame(100) combined to the lower side of the lower frame; and a roof supporting frame(210) combined to the upper side of the upper frame.
