A process for production of melanotic pigments, providing for cultivation of micromyces strains on nutrient medium, hydrolysis of the produced biomass and product washing, wherein cultivation is carried out for 14 days at the temperature of 23-25 C and outer gamma-radiation, wherein radiation burden is 10-14 mGy/day per sample, after that two-stage filtering, disintegration with liquid nitrogen, centrifuging, alkaline hydrolysis of biomass, sedimentation of the produced extract with concentrated acid, dissolving of the produced sediment in alkali, dialysis against distilled water, and drying of the finished product are carried out. |
