<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact tool for suppressing the increase of the number of components, miniaturizing a product, and easily performing a stable switching operation with excellent operability by more simplifying a configuration to switch an operation mode. <P>SOLUTION: A rotation transmission shaft 51 extended parallel to an output shaft 22 is rotatably supported at the distal end side of a pinion gear 23 inside a motion conversion housing 31. A second gear 52 to be meshed with the pinion gear 23 is coaxially arranged at the lower end of the rotation transmission shaft 51 via a one-way clutch 53. When an electric motor 21 is rotated in one direction, rotation drive force is transmittable to a tip tool 16 by the one-way clutch 53. When the electric motor 21 is rotated in the other direction that is a direction opposite to the one direction, the rotation drive force is not transmittable to the tip tool 16 by the one-way clutch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
