<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excessive execution of warning that a cellular phone is misplaced. <P>SOLUTION: A warning control device includes a control section that performs a control for recognizably warning to be out of communication with a communication terminal, when communication with the communication terminal via a communication section for communicating with a portable communication terminal is down.
