<p>Disclosed is a method for remotely controlling a plurality of electrical devices in a wireless multimedia communication system, wherein the wireless multimedia communication system includes a remote control signal receiving unit. The method includes: 1) at least one of the plurality of electrical devices receives a remote control selection signal from a remote controller via the remote control signal receiving unit; 2) the at least one electrical device determines the selected electrical device according to the remote control selection signal and records address information about the selected electrical device; 3) the electrical device, recorded with address information about the selected electrical device, receives an operation control signal from the remote controller via the remote control signal receiving unit, and forwards the operation control signal sent by the remote controller to the selected electrical device according to the address information, so that the selected electrical device executes an operation corresponding to the operation control signal. A corresponding system is also disclosed.</p> |
