<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire having excellent mud discharge performance during traveling on a bad road, particularly during traveling on a muddy road, and excellent traction performance. <P>SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire, a block row L5 composed of a plurality of blocks 5a-5d continued along the equator of the tire is formed by at least two longitudinal grooves 2 and 3 extending along the equator C of the tire on a tread 1 of the tire and a plurality of peripheral grooves 4a-4d for connecting the longitudinal grooves 2 and 3.
