<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized pressure sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor section 4 includes: a sensing section 30 that outputs a sensor signal depending on the pressure of a measurement medium; an input/output terminal 50 to which a predetermined voltage for driving the sensing section 30 is applied from an external circuit 110 via a first terminal 7a; a frequency generating circuit 43 that outputs a pulse signal corresponding to an input sensor signal; a switching element 44 that is on-off controlled by the pulse signal; and a resistor 45 connected to the switching element 44. Further, the voltage of the input/output terminal 50 is varied depending on the pulse signal in such a manner that a current flows through the resistor 45 when the switching element 44 is set ON in response to the pulse signal. Moreover, the first terminal 7b is used as an input terminal for applying a predetermined voltage from the external circuit 110 to the input/output terminal 50 as well as an output terminal for outputting voltage variation of the input/output terminal 50 to the external circuit 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
