<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated packaging method allowing an integrated package with a film having heat shrinkability to be easily torn and unsealed by hand fingers and capable of unsealing the integrated package so that necessary number is individually taken out, and to provide the integrated package packaged by the method and a packaging film for use in the method. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of integrally packaging a plurality of articles 1 to be packaged arranged side-by-side with a film 2B having heat shrinkability, a film having tear bands 3, 3' having two or more zigzag rows obtained by arranging V-shape recesses in a zigzag form in parallel is used as the film.
