<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect whether an output matter has been properly changed in response to an output mode desired by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The image inspection device configured to compare image data output onto a print medium with document image data read from a document before output to the print medium to inspect an output state of the image includes: an output mode acquiring part acquiring an output mode specified by a user; an inspection item setting part that sets an item that changes the image output state as an inspection item, in response to the output mode acquired by the output mode acquiring part; and an inspection part that inspects the image output state for each inspection item set by the inspection item setting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
