<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suppress power consumption in stores and reduce adverse effects on environment, when performing notification or an operation control of electric apparatuses for reducing power consumption based on acquired power consumption information. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power management server includes: management means 27 that performs notification or an operation control of electronic apparatuses 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 installed in a store 3 for reducing the power consumption. The electric power management server further includes: a storage device 24 for storing the number of customers who have visited to the store 3; and number-of-customers estimating means 34 for estimating the subsequent number of customers who may visit to the store 3 based on past number-of-customers information stored in the storage device 24.
