<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm device capable of smoothly driving diaphragm blades by eliminating backlash between pins and cam grooves when opening/closing the diaphragm blades. <P>SOLUTION: A diaphragm device 1 comprises: diaphragm blades 10 each having a slide pin 12 implanted thereto; cam plates 40 each having a cam groove 45 for guiding the slide pin 12; and wire springs 50 for energizing the slide pin 12. The wire spring 50 abuts and slides on the optical path aperture side of the slide pin 12 of the diaphragm blades 10 and energizes the pin 12 toward the edge of the cam groove 45 to eliminate backlash between the pin and the cam groove, thus enabling the diaphragm blade 10 to be smoothly opened and closed. At the opening limit position of the diaphragm blade 10, the wire spring 50 is in its free attitude without energizing force and an open gap is formed between the spring 50 and the slide pin 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
