<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical receiving module excellent in frequency characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: An optical receiving module 100 comprises: a PD element 1 which converts signal light into an electric signal by application of a bias voltage; capacitors (3a-3d) for suppressing a variation in the bias voltage; amplifier circuits (2a, 2b) for amplifying the electric signal outputted from the PD element 1; and resistors (5a-5d) which are connected between the PD element 1 and the capacitors (3a-3d) and attenuate resonance due to reflection occurring at input terminals of the amplifier circuits (2a, 2b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
