<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily exhaust the gas from a cavity of a casting die, and to easily discharge a powdery burr. <P>SOLUTION: A vent 54 for the exhausting gas from the cavity 16 is formed through a second half-die 38 constituting a movable die 34 of the casting die. The vent 54 continues to a cavity defining recess 44, and includes first grooves 56a-56d so extended as inclined by a predetermined angle from a vertical direction, and second grooves 58a and 58b that continue to the first grooves 56a-56d and open at both the lower end surface and the upper end surface of the movable die 34.
