PURPOSE: A crank rotary type piston rotary engine is provided to extend the service life of an engine as the curved surface of a cylinder is formed into a circumferential surface to prevent partial wear. CONSTITUTION: A crank rotary type piston rotary engine comprises a main rotary shaft(100) and an outer cylinder(400). Two eccentric rotary shafts are symmetrically formed in the main rotary shaft and vertically separated at an eccentric length to form an inner wall of the outer cylinder. A circumferential surface is formed on the inner wall of the cylinder. An inner surface of an upper-half circumference around an upper eccentric axial line is connected to the inner surface of a lower-half circumference around a lower eccentric axial line.
