PURPOSE: A functional panel containing lacquer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve sterilizing effect and to suppress the generation of volatile organic compounds by adding the powder of a lacquer tree extract to wood panels. CONSTITUTION: A functional panel is composed of a sterilizing panel containing a lacquer extract and a coating layer. The coating layer includes one or more powder selected from yellow soil powder, charcoal powder, and jade powder, an anion emitting mineral, and water soluble paint. The lacquer extract is lacquer extracted liquid and the powder of a lacquer extract. A method for manufacturing the functional panel includes the following: lacquer tree is cut(S101); lacquer components are extracted from the cut lacquer tree based on water or an organic solvent(S103); the allergic reaction of the lacquer components are alleviated(S105); the lacquer components are powderized(S107); and the powderized lacquer components are added into a sterilizing panel manufacturing process(S109). |
