<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution and a system capable of decreasing food poisoning by decreasing the number of bacteria on a surface of a food product and extending the storage life of the food. <P>SOLUTION: The system to decrease food poisoning includes the solution that consists of two or more almost organic compounds and water, and a coating tool to apply the solution on the surface of the food product. The solution contains a compound selected from a citric acid, a sodium citrate, a vegetable glycerin, a sea salt, a potassium sorbate, a decyl glucoside, a calcium ascorbate, a grapefruit seed extract, and a sodium bisulfite, and is almost transparent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
