A cosmetic pen comprises a barrel-shaped pen holder (10), a hollow pen head (20), pen bristles (30), a pen core (40), a delivery pipe (50), a rear cover (60) and a pen cover (70), wherein a liquid chamber (80) used for storing cosmetic liquid is formed between the pen core (40) and the rear cover (60) in the pen holder (10). A first cavity (41) is arranged in the pen core (40), a second cavity (22) is arranged in the pen head (20), the delivery pipe (50) penetrates through the first cavity (41) of the pen core (40), and two ends of the delivery pipe (50) are respectively communicated with the liquid chamber (80) and the second cavity (22). A liquid storage cavity (90) communicated with the liquid chamber (80) is formed by a space between the pen core (40) and the delivery pipe (50), and the pen head (20) is provided with a vent hole (21) communicated with the liquid storage cavity (90). The structure of the cosmetic pen is simple, the cosmetic liquid is transmitted to the pen bristles (30) through the delivery pipe (50), so that the liquid on the pen bristles (30) can not get dry when it is used, the cosmetic liquid can be output continuously, and the situation that the pen bristles (30) can be dry due to volatilization of the cosmetic liquid, or that the broken lines appear due to using the cosmetic liquid is avoided. The delivery of the cosmetic liquid can be controlled only by opening and closing the pen cover (70), therefore, the cosmetic pen is very convenient to operate.
