POLYURETHANE ELASTOMER FOR NONAIR-TYPE TIRE WITH ENHANCED NONSLIP PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A polyurethane thread is provided to manufacture excellent non-pneumatic tire tread with excellent braking performance on a wet road, when used for a thread part of urethane tire. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane thread is obtained by casting a polyurethane prepolymer by using an alcohol-based hardener with melting point under 140 °C. The alcohol base chain hardener is aliphatic alcohol substrate. The polyurethane prepolymer is an NCO-terminated prepolymer. A rage of NCO% of the NCO-terminated prepolymer is 9.0-12.0. The polyurethane prepolymer is obtained by reacting polyol with polyisocyanate. The polyol is one or more selected from a group consisting of polyether polyol, polyester polyol, and polycaprolactone polyol of which number average molecular weight is 250-10,000.
