<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate normally at any time without working product protection control by eliminating clogging of a drain pump. <P>SOLUTION: In a bathroom ventilating air conditioning device, a filter 9 is arranged in a drain pan 5, and thereby condensed water generated in a second heat exchanger 4 is sucked by the filter 9, the filter 9 is exposed to wind of a second blower 8 to cause the condensed water to be vaporized, and then the condensed water stored in the drain pan 5 is dried.
